Create alerts

Alerts are a great way to keep track of the changes your teammates make to documents.
To create an alert to a Document Library:
1)      Select the Document Library where you want to create an alert.
2)      Select the “Library” tab on the Ribbon.
3)      Click “Alert Me > Set alert on this library”.

4)      Fill out the form and click “OK”.
